Mrs. Josephine Concannon died at her home 574 North 18th Street, East St. Louis Friday, March 25 at the age of 84 years.
She was born in Millstadt Township, daughter of the late Anton and Catherine (nee Peisch) Jacobi, on April 4, 1864. She married Patrick Concannon who died some years ago.
Surviving are her two daughters, Miss Audrey Concannon of East St. Louis and Mrs. Kate Havertine, of Chicago, one sister Ellen Jacobi of Aviston, Ill., grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Monday morning, 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, East St. Louis. Internment was made in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
