      CLEMENCE “CLEM” A. ORLET, 88, of Hecker, Illinois, passed away at 5:23 pm, Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois.

      Clem was born to the late George and Mathilda (nee Karban) Orlet on April 19, 1927 in Prairie Du Long Township, Illinois.

      He married Rita H. Gregson on April 17, 1952 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Hecker, Illinois; she survives

      He was a retired Foundry Worker in Belleville and East St. Louis, Illinois and owned and operated Clem’s Repair Shop in Hecker, Illinois

      Clem was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Hecker, Illinois and the V.F.W. Post #6632 in Red Bud, Illinois. He was Korean Conflict Army Veteran.
